Passionplay

Dolls fall in several categories.  I love them all but can't find a more beautiful plaything than a quality BJD.
These are not a new concept as European wooden bodied  dolls have been reticulated and ball-jointed for centuries but the newer Asian and now American BJDs have been developed to surpass a doll collectors
desire for a touchable, dressable, playable doll that is NOT  a figurine to display in a case or keep in a box
untouched or redressed forever.  At my stage of life I have lost the talent to strut a catwalk or flaunt the latest
Paris or Milan haute couture but my dolls DO!!!!  I can fantasize and live my dreams or gorgeous clothes, fancy hairstyles and the latest shoes and accessories through my dolls.

I will indulge myself in my blog and hope to find others who share this passion for playmates.
